Dr Jaqueline Dias
Registered Counselling Psychologist

Dr Jaqueline Dias is a registered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and couples. She completed her doctorate in Counselling Psychology at Middlesex University in London (UK) and is currently undergoing training to become a registered Clinical Psychologist.
 
Jaqueline has worked in a range of clinical settings, including private practice, mental health services, inpatient care, schools, and charitable organisations.
 
Jaqueline has experience working with a wide range of psychological, emotional, and relational issues, including neurodevelopmental disorders, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. She tailors her treatment to meet each client’s needs, offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Existential Analysis, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. She is passionate about helping people build emotional resilience, find a greater sense of purpose, and develop more fulfilling connections in life.
 
Dr Dias is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
