Assessment Administrator | Executive Assistant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated Assessment Administrator/ Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical director to manage the administrative requirements of our fast growing assessment team, ensuring accurate data collection, scheduling, client interactions, processing, and reporting are handled with the utmost professionalism. Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for providing support to the clinical director as requested. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule assessment appointments with clients.
  • Prepare and distribute assessment materials to clinicians and clients.
  • Accurately enter and manage assessment data in our systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team as needed.
  • Provide assistance to the clinical director.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a healthcare or mental healthcare setting.
  • Strong computer proficiency. 
    • Microsoft Office and compatible software expertise a must.
    • Experience and proficiency with data-driven software a must.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and procedures is advantageous.
