Dr Jaqueline Dias
Clinical & Counselling Psychologist

Dr Jaqueline Dias is a registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and couples. She completed her doctorate in Counselling Psychology at Middlesex University in London and also holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. 

Dr Dias has worked across a range of clinical settings, including private practice, mental health services, inpatient care, schools, and charitable organisations.

She has experience addressing a wide variety of psychological, emotional, and relational challenges, such as neurodevelopmental disorders, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique needs of each client, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Existential Analysis, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. For couples, Dr Dias also offers the Gottman Method, a structured, research-based approach designed to enhance communication and strengthen emotional connection. She is passionate about helping people build emotional resilience, discover deeper meaning, and foster more fulfilling relationships.

Dr Dias is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
