Karen Osborne is a clinical and organisational psychologist who works with adolescents and adults. She holds Master’s degrees and dual endorsements in clinical and organisational psychology, and has been practising in private practice since 2010. Karen brings specialist expertise in supporting clients through workplace challenges, transitions, and the impact of work-related stress on mental health.
Karen is known for her warm, gentle, and empathic approach, making it easy for clients to share their stories and establish a collaborative relationship. She supports people with a wide range of concerns, including trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, and disordered eating.
