Sophie is a registered psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. Sophie’s approach is warm and client-centred, focusing on each individual’s strengths and personal goals.
She has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, and neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD. Sophie also conducts psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, with a neuroaffirmative perspective that values diversity and individual experience.
Sophie draws on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. She values working alongside individuals and families to build resilience, wellbeing, and self-understanding.
